Who we are

Scatterproof is a digital product operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME](“Scatterproof”, “we”, “us”). We sell “The ADHD Life System”, a digital Notion template and printable PDF, and we offer a free email-based lead magnet, the ADHD Brain Dump Page. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what choices you have.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to deliver a digital product and stay in touch with you:

• +Email address. Collected when you buy a product through Stripe Checkout, and when you sign up for the free ADHD Brain Dump Page.
• +Name and billing address. Collected by Stripe at checkout so we can process payment and calculate any applicable tax.
• +Order details. The products you purchased, the amount paid, and the status of delivering your files.
• +Basic technical data. Your IP address and request details, used briefly to prevent spam and abuse of our forms.

We do not collect or store your full payment card number. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor, Stripe, and never reach our servers.

How we use your information

We use the information above to:

• Process your payment and deliver your digital product.
• Send transactional email, such as your purchase confirmation and the links to your Notion template and PDF.
• Send the free ADHD Brain Dump Page and related marketing email if you signed up for it.
• Respond to your questions and provide customer support.
• Protect our forms from spam and abuse, and keep the service secure.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s advertising.

Service providers we use

Scatterproof is a small operation. We rely on a few trusted third-party services to run it. Each one receives only the data it needs to do its job:

• StripeProcesses payments and calculates tax. Stripe receives your name, email, and billing address. See stripe.com/privacy.
• ResendSends our transactional and marketing email. Resend receives your email address. See resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
• VercelHosts the Scatterproof website. Vercel processes standard web request data, including your IP address. See vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Email and your choices

If you sign up for the free ADHD Brain Dump Page, you join our email list and may receive occasional marketing email. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in the footer of every marketing email. Transactional email tied to a purchase, such as your delivery links, is not marketing and is sent so you actually receive what you paid for.

Data retention

We keep order records for as long as needed to provide support, honor delivery, and meet tax and accounting obligations. Email-list contacts are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you. Short-lived technical data used for spam prevention is kept only briefly and then expires automatically.

Digital product, no shipping

Everything Scatterproof sells is digital. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped, so we do not collect a shipping address. The billing address Stripe collects is used only for payment processing and tax calculation.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to ask us to stop sending marketing email. To make a request, contact us at the email below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

Scatterproof is intended for adults. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Scatterproof evolves. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated clearly.
