What we sell

Scatterproof sells digital products only. The main product, The ADHD Life System, is a Notion template plus a printable PDF, sold for around $29. We also offer optional add-ons at checkout and after purchase. Everything is digital. Nothing is physically shipped. The ADHD Brain Dump Page is offered for free in exchange for joining our email list.

Scatterproof is a productivity and organization tool. It is not medical advice, therapy, or treatment for ADHD or any other condition. For medical guidance, please speak to a qualified professional.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to pay the listed price plus any tax that applies in your location. Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order you have already completed.

Delivery

After a successful payment, we deliver your product by email, typically within a few minutes. Delivery includes the links you need to duplicate the Notion template and download the PDF. If your delivery email does not arrive, check your spam folder and then contact us at the address below so we can resend it.

Refunds

Because our products are digital and are delivered immediately, all sales are generally final and we do not offer refunds once a product has been delivered. That said, we want you to be happy. If something is wrong, the files do not work, or you were charged in error, contact us within [REFUND WINDOW, e.g. 14 days] of your purchase and we will work with you in good faith to make it right. This refund stance does not limit any rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country.

License and acceptable use

When you buy a Scatterproof product, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it for yourself. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share the template or PDF, and you may not claim the product as your own. The Scatterproof name, content, and design remain our property.

The free template

The free ADHD Brain Dump Page is provided at no cost in exchange for your email address. By signing up you join our email list and may receive marketing email. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email. We may change or retire the free template at any time.

Acceptable use of the site

You agree not to misuse the website. This includes not attempting to break, overload, or probe our systems, not scraping or scripting our forms, and not using the site for anything unlawful. We use spam and abuse protections, including rate limiting, and may block requests that look automated or abusive.

No warranty

Scatterproof is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work hard to make the system useful, but we do not promise it will fit every situation or produce any specific result. Your experience with any productivity system depends on how you use it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Scatterproof and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the product in question.
